I’ve just started my second season as a caravan owner at Water’s Edge and it’s the best thing I have ever done. The site is peaceful, relaxing and well maintained, with amazing views and stunning sunsets.

There is easy access to Patch beach which is great for dog walking (tide permitting) and there are many other beautiful beaches nearby. I have fallen in love with the Teifi and have spent many idyllic hours paddling up to Cardigan town and back or downstream from Cilgerran; it’s magical and literally on the doorstep.

But it’s the people that make the site, you couldn’t wish to meet a lovelier set of owners, so friendly and welcoming. The staff are amazing, are always happy to see you, full of local knowledge and can’t do enough to help.

Our great grandparents, Ken and Mary bought their 1st caravan in the summer of 1982 and as a family we’ve been coming here ever since year on year.

Ken and Mary spent many years admiring the unspoilt views, boating around the Teifi and enjoying all the lovely fish shops in the little bays along Cardigan Bay coast.

Now 5 generations on with our own children, we are still on the park with 2 caravans where we spend weekends and school holidays doing the same as our great grandparents in 1982.

Water's Edge is a peaceful retreat to completely relax and unwind. The situation and views are unrivalled. There is so much to see and do in the surrounding area that even after 12 years of ownership we would not want to be anywhere else. 

My wife and I recently decided to purchase a holiday home. After visiting several sites we settled on Water’s Edge Gwbert. The site is tranquil, peaceful with beautiful views and a lovely feel.

We then set about deciding on the caravan type, layout and pitch. We were helped in our deliberations by Dave. Nothing was too much trouble! All manner of questions were answered as we visited several vans throughout the site.

Jules the site manager always seemed to be on hand to help out with any queries that came up. However, the best part of the whole experience was that all options and promises made by the team were delivered on without exception within time scale and without fuss.

 It’s reassuring to know there are still people and companies out there that know how to keep a promise. Thanks to all!
